Seed to table

While we’ve been extremely busy growing our new animal family, we’ve also been planting like crazy under the careful direction of Chef James McDonough.   Beginning this season  we’ll be supplying our restaurant from our very own gardens of fresh greens and vegetables, such as baby spinach, radicchio lettuce, Swiss chard, tomatoes, scallions, kale, French breakfast radishes, a variety of lettuces, yellow squash, cucumbers, string beans, bok choy, broccoli rabe, leeks, peppers, egg plant, as well as many varieties of fruits, such as strawberries, June berries, blackberries, and raspberries and a variety flavorful herbs.

Shown here are a couple of Chef McDonough’s very popular dishes which include our own fresh produce.
