Masking Policy: Effective September 2, 2021
Until further notice, Lambert’s Cove Inn is requiring all guests, staff, and visitors of any kind to mask in all indoor public spaces of our hotels and restaurants regardless of vaccination status.
Housekeeping & Sanitation Practices:
For your safety, we are paring down our daily housekeeping in order to reduce guest interactions with staff.
During this time we are striving to do everything as “invisibly” as possible, and are limiting staff interactions with guests and guest rooms as much as possible. As such, for your safety and ours, our daily housekeeping is restricted to every third day of your stay. If you are there for 1-2 nights, we will not be doing housekeeping refreshes unless specifically requested.
Our team will continue to use industry-leading sanitation practices and products in all areas of the property.
We have relaxed our cancellation policy through March 2022 to allow individual room reservation cancellations or changes up to 48 hours prior to your check-in, without penalty.
