This Boot Camp led by New York City Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Mitch Heard. The small group setting will allow Mitch to help you make necessary exercise modifications, work with you personally to create an exercise routine and meal plan you can continue after Boot Camp, and, best of all, get you on your way to a strong healthy body.
